1. Information the Service handles

Information you provide

When you ask the Service to resolve or download a track, it processes the public Suno URL you selected. For a server fallback download, the extension may also send the track title and the public Suno audio URL it detected. We do not ask for your name, Suno login, password, payment information, address, or contact list.

Technical request data

Our infrastructure necessarily receives standard network information such as your IP address, request time, requested route, browser user agent, and response status. The application uses IP addresses in memory for short-term rate limiting and concurrent-stream controls. We do not use this data to build profiles or track you across websites.

2. Data stored on your device

The website stores your theme preference and up to eight recent resolved tracks in browser local storage. The extension stores its API setting and up to 50 recent downloads, including title, Suno page URL, audio URL, artwork URL, time, and whether the browser or server handled the download. This data remains in your browser and can be cleared through the website, the extension, browser settings, or by uninstalling the extension.

3. How we use information

• Resolve public Suno links and deliver the download you request.
• Protect the Service from abuse through rate and concurrency limits.
• Diagnose failures, maintain security, and operate the infrastructure.
• Respond when you contact support.

We do not sell personal information, serve personalized advertising, create cross-site profiles, or use Service data to train AI models.

4. Audio processing and retention

Whenever possible, the extension downloads directly from Suno's CDN. If direct download fails, our API may stream the selected public audio through our server to your browser. Audio is not intentionally written to permanent storage, cached as a user library, or re-encoded. Track resolution records and rate-limit counters are temporary, held in memory, and disappear when they expire or the API process restarts.

5. Service providers and third parties

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website and RackNerd infrastructure to operate the API. These providers may process connection and security data under their own privacy terms. Your requested public links and media are also fetched from Suno-controlled domains. We do not control Suno's processing practices. The Service does not include third-party advertising or analytics scripts at the date above.

6. Permissions used by the extension

The extension uses activeTab and access to Suno pages to identify the selected public track, downloads to save user-requested files, storage for local settings and history, and sidePanel to display that history. Host access is limited to Suno pages and media, our download API, and an optional localhost API used for development. The extension does not download or execute remote code.

7. Security, children, and international use

We use HTTPS, restricted upstream hosts, request limits, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service is completely secure. The Service is a general-purpose tool and is not directed to children under 13. If you are not permitted to use the Service or provide the information described here in your jurisdiction, do not use it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can avoid submitting a URL, clear locally stored history, uninstall the extension, or stop using the Service at any time. Because the Service has no user accounts and intentionally keeps no permanent user database, we generally cannot identify or retrieve a particular user's past requests. You may contact us about applicable access, deletion, correction, or objection rights.

9. Changes and contact
